Used it to switch characters in season server. Used it at level 57. Switching from Corsair to Maehwa. Nothing was able to be transfered because naru doesn't transfer. That's fine. But I am stuck at the main mission Isolated Officer, Feinia. with no weapons. and she isnt showing up for me to even take the quest from her. I can't continue the story and i can't get any weapons on season server, because you can't trade black stones with Fughar until Calpheon. Stuck.

Update: Deleted character and made a new seasonal. Am now unable to run the expedited story line, but atleast story line npc are showing up.
