close your game
go to:
"c:\Users\<username>\Documents\Black Desert\" or "c:\Users\<username>\OneDrive\Documents\Black Desert\"
open "GameOption.txt" in notepad and find line that start with: "uiScale =" and change number to "1"
OR
delete "GameOption.txt" => game will generate new one with default settings
