Hey guys,

 so ive been trying to install BDO from the new Launcher and it keeps getting stuck at Random %. Ive restarted PC, Uninstalled re installed but still not working. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and how they resolved it. Trying to come back and play with all of you but this is getting to the point where im starting to give up. There are no traces of BDO files to be messing with the launcher. Ive read stuff about Repairing files but this isnt normal I need help and have already put a ticket but expect no response anytime soon. Any idea how to fix this?
