[Solved] Trying to find RAVINIA'S SHIP UPGRADE LOG

First of all, I last played in 2019. So I don't remember if I have completed the quest or not.
I want to know how do I confirm if it is completed. There are only 25 adhesive, ..., and 50 verdant black stone sitting in my storage. So my guess is I have completed part of it.
However the full quest should give me 50 adhesive, ..., and 100 verdant black stone in total.
I went to Ravinia in crow's nest and she doesn't offer the quest.
I checked the quest log and unchecked the hide completed quests and it is not there.
Can anyone confirm that it won't show up in the quest log?

Are you sure that all quests types are active in your o menu?
