Soo i made the account with this new website and transfered my BDO account to the new account with pearlabyss. I made this happen Thursday but when making account it regsitered me as birth year 2006 so when i try to play the game and lauch laucher and login it says you are not old enough to play. Must be 16 or older. i put in ticket right away on thursday. i got a reply from support and they wanted info and i summited the info they wanted and now its taking whole weekend and now going on to tuesday.

How come they can reply next morning when i first made ticket. But when i give them info for a simple change to account its taking 4 days for 2nd reply?
its just a simple account change that i would never put 2006 and clearly always put 1992? i was told account support is less then what the support is needed for those transfer questions in support? Anyone thanks!!!?
