Hi there :)
My friend and I have been working on sailing experiance. We have done The great Expedition Oquilla's Eye upto "Fireworks with the Pirates". We are trying to work out why I have sailing dailies and he does not. Anyone got any ideas please? We have been to Velia and Port Epheria, with no luck. We have googled all sorts and still no luck. Hoping someone here might know what my friend is missing :)

did your friend enable the daily recurring quest option in the quest window? its on the bottom right of the quest window.
also what level is your friend's character?

To be able to accept the sailing dailies from velia and port epheria you have to be at least skilled 1 in sailing

Since you're on NA server, if you're looking for sailies parties I would recommend using Florin group chat as public ones are advertised there almost every day.
