Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

At this point I believe the BDO support is ignoring the tickets  as they please. And not really that busy as they say. They don't give a 🦀 who plays the game or who doesn't. Well I guess in a way they're telling everyone who doesn't pay to just stop playing the game.

Well they profit a lot from BDO already, so probably the executives are like "yea it cost too much to maintain and expand, so let's just go crimson desert online and minmax milking cash from BDO"

 

 

I wouldn't doubt that support is just copypasting on every ticket submitted, as I've experienced it myself

This the reason why I see BDO dying when crimson desert online comes out. That and because they already milked the whales for all the money they can. Whales are sitting at full PEN C20 gear with nothing else to upgrade thus there no longer spending money on the game to upgrade their gear.

The reason for slow ticket response is only and only fault of players. If people actually read annoucements or even item descriptions, this situation wouldn't even be a thing.

 

Support receives thousands of tickets per day that are not actually needed. Most of the tickets can be solved with help of others or just simply reading. But people just don't try  to find solutions by themselves first. 

 

Imagine for example sending a ticket saying that you cannot redeem coupon for console users.. And you're on PC...Which means you cannot redeem coupon for different platform. If you read, you would see that it says what platform the coupon is for. This could be solved by reading or asking someone else. Waste of ticket and time. Imagine that Support receives thousands of tickets per day that are like this... No wonder that they are slow if they have to read through these types of tickets every single day. 

 

So please be patient and understanding. If you have any issue, please first ask here or on discord and only after if there is no solution, send a ticket. Players on official discord are very helpful and can help you solve something you thought that is  PA's fault, but can be solved easily.

If everyone first asked others for help, tickets wouldn't be so stacked up and Support could focus only on the serious tickets. But now, they have to read tickets because people were lazy to read first.

I agree with you. I also made s post earlier that they to encourage people to do some research and to stop sending 3 4 and 5 tickets but also I guess it wouldn't hurt hiring temp association for the situation. Is players fault agree. But I also believe PA can do better if they wanted to.

I don't agree with you here.

The amount of tickets has not changed since PA took over but the average ticket response time has increased alot.

The support from kakao wasn't the fasted but the support from PA is like none existing.

Kakaos support team was not able to handle all the tickets in time and since the support team from PA is much smaller as the kakao support team, it's only PAs fault.

PA knew how much tickets kakao get every day and they also knew how much members the support team has, so why do they think, they can handle all the tickets with a much smaller support team?

I guess they're trying to save some money and cutting some corners. Now that Kakao is out of the way they want the full 💯. Look at all the items they're giving for free like capotia stuff. Yet they unannounced raised the difficulty of some areas Where people grind. This might sound  like a conspiracy theory but I experienced it at  mirumok. The reason? Well even with so many free stuff they lock you into low areas. 170 to 250 ap won't let you grind I'm many places that are profitable. Forcing players to spend to get out of the shit whole. So I assume their lack of staff. It is true some players send useless tickets but again PA "You are not prepared"
