Apparently ASUS is going to hack BDO with their ROGLiveService.exe......

Its not just about BDO.
the solution is the same everywhere.
Uninstall this Software^^.
I shouldn't have to uninstall software I use, and have no issue with from other 'anti-cheat' programs (ie Warden).
You'll probably have to take it up with Easy Anticheat.
I've also found it's a lot stricter than Xigncode. Couldn't start BDO on my Windows Server box due to "Driver Integrity Checking disabled", which I had to do in order to install Win10 drivers because WinServer drivers weren't available for my hardware. Xigncode never had an issue with that, though re-enabling it was easy enough.
Ya...EAC is very unlikely to listen to a non-paying user of their software. ((Especially since this has been an issue for several years with other games using EAC.))
The best bet is to lean on the clients of EAC to pressure them into whitelisting programs that cannot 'hack the game'.
