Allow players to switch skill presets outside of the safezone. It seems counter intuitive to only be able to do this in a safezone...Say 1 skill preset is your PVP build and the 2nd is your awakening PVE build, someone comes to your rotation & wants to DFS. Well you're f****ed or you gotta "git gud". Also reduce the timer, 5-10 minutes would be fine, why the hell is at 1 hour? The same thing with nadeers band. Almost replaces alts with failstacks on them. Have 4 100+ failstacks? Wait 10 minutes in between each one to enhance again. Oh wait, even if you switch to an alt, you still got the timer. Counter intuitive again. 2 good systems implemented and well needed but short sighted and shafted by ridiculous timers. 

To sell 24$ a month Old Moon Book optional sub? That sub allows you to swap out your skill among other things on the fly.

A bit of advice, when wondering about inconviences in Freemium games. Always ask ¬What cash shop solution is making them money from this intentionally placed inconvience.¬ 9 times out of 10 you will find the answer in the cash shop.

Old Moon Book allows you to completely bypass the 10 minute swap at skill instructor and 1 hour long cooldown if not done at a skill instructor. As you can swap specs. with the Old Moon Book at anytime as long as you have the subscription.  Which completely supports what I was saying.

If you have old moon running you can port into the BA and use that safe zone to swap skill presets.  If you have the Treasure Map you can use that to swap to town, go to the skill instructor swap skills (10m CD), and use the map to go back to the area and do your PvP.  When you win or swap servers (lose) you can use the BA to swap back (1h CD with old moon scroll).

As for the Nader's band, it's really only useful for pre Tet enhancing, and IMHO it should go up to 150 not 100, but that's not what i'm addressing.  What you do is at 95-99 you swap to your alt for your last tet attempt (94 if you're doing low pen attempts), so that the stack is already on the alt before you get it to 100.  

No dumbass, the Old Moon Book does not allow that.  The old moon book means that you don't have to go to a skill instructor to swap skills and instead you can swap in any safe zone, the penalty for not going to the skill instructor is a 1h CD instead of the 10m CD.

You really are an igorant fucking moron aren't you.  You don't understand the difference between skill presets and swapping between awakening and succession?

Skill presets have all your skills saved in along with the addons, that when you click it, it swaps over to a different spec.  This can only be done in a safe zone (1h cd) or at a skill instructor (10m CD).  With an Old Moon book you can play with your build and swap between awakening succession all you want, however your addons do not change.  People who actually PvP, use +PvP damage along with Evasion and DP tearing addons with their skills, and when they PvE they use + Monster Damage, and +hp/mp on hit.

Thank you for doing that to show exactly what a moron you really are.  Try that again and use the 1 or 2 to swap between PvP and PvE addons while out of a safe zone, see how well it works for you.  It won't.

Again it all goes back to my point. That it's like this to make sure one of the premium $24/month subs. Supercide a inconvenience of having to wait between swaping between Suc and Awk. Some classes Succ and Awk was so one dimensional in either PvP or PvE. That these classes have to play with the Old Moon Book if they don't want to be a free mark in PvP or highly inefficent at PvE. To the point swapping even without the skill addons attached is a must. Try being a Succ Ranger PvEing then have to swap to Awk Ranger to have a chance to 1v1, now try to switch back to your Succ Ranger spec to PvP without Old Moon sub. It won't!

BTW fuck you, you were wrong again, and you can't handle it.  Every time one of you worthless assholes gets proven wrong you get all defensive.  Apparently you are a very very bad ranger, because Succession is the worst of the 2 PvE specs, and it also is a bad PvP spec.  Succ Ranger hasn't been good since the Nerf it got 1 month after it came out.  Again you show zero game knowledge.
