For years now we've had to deal with this shit. It happens at least once a day for me. Everything is unresponsive. I even have to kill the game with task manager. Why is this shit still happening? I so over it. Never had issues like this in any other game. Should have been fixed centuries ago.
UPDATE- Another night, more desync. I was playing fine for about 4 hrs or so, switch toon and bam. Several relogs, still happening. Its been an hour now. I'm using Exitlag. Ping is hovering around 78ms, which is normal. For all the "the problem is on your end" parrots, google black desert desync. It ain't just me.
It's created by user end. You can test with other people under your region. The desync is hardly noticeable at 100ms.

Black Desert is the only game I've ever had this issue with. Its been an hour and a half now. They let me log in, but everything is just unresponsive. Besause server location and your ISP routing to that server.
Try with VPN maybe you will bypass the bad routing spot or switch to another ISP.
They can't fix it, their haxxed together engine can't handle the combat properly, and noone willing to touch that sphaggeti code they have.
Either deal with it, or move away, they not gonna fix it.
What you are complaining about and Desync are 2 very differen things.
What you described is one or all of 3 things, your ISP, your Routher, or your Computer not working properly. This isn't an issues on PA's end because players are not experiencing this as a widespread problem.
Because BDO was made for Korean internet infrastructrure where 100 ms is considered unacceptable. In the US, you won the internet lottery if you get 100 ms. The US internet infrastructure is so bad, it is laughable just how bad it is. From speed to accessibility. PA would need to rework their netcode entirely to get this fixed...but the troible is the fix will make all other regions that does NOT have utter shit internet be worse...especially Korea...so yeah...they ain't gonna do that.

bdo's net code is simply trash. The lack of understanding from developer side is clearly visible. They do so rookie mistakes, like expecting that every packet will going to sucesfull arrive at all time, so they doesn't resend lost ones, but not even checking it whether it sucessfully arrived. This causes the part of the game to randomly not worrk if there is a packetlos and/or stuff randomly not load or partly load, untill the whole game drops, deepending on the severelity.
With this level, they would be kicked out from any better university. This isn't even releated to game developement, they are the basics of the basic...

The desync at 100ms is not bad. The bad desync comes from peeps with higher than 300ms or they're using wifi.

Yes, you can get 30 or 15 ms even in the US...but the key thing is that EVERYONE needs to be getting those speed. The desynch is not just about YOU. Korea has it...Japan has it. Parts of EU has it and parts of NA has it...the problem with EU and NA is the PARTS OF part.
