When I click a start button black screen appears and closes after 2 or 3 seconds. I tried to change a window settings in the launcher but launcher is also bugged and after clicking apply, in place of graphics configuration some blank screen appears so I cannot change the window settings. Do you have some solution for those issues?

Same here. I was trying to solve it by deleting ads_files and ads_version and then run checking files (someone said it worked for him). But that doesn't change a thing.

Run launcher -> top rignt corner -> settings -> set to run in WINDOW mode.
It worked for me.

Small update of BDO on Steam repaired the issue. I am glad they fixed that quite quickly
