Merc'd into another guild, makes me guildless

I war heroed to a guilld for war. When I am on war channels it shows me as guildless. When I press G it lets me apply for guilds. I already have a guild.
When I am off a war channel (non 1 channel), it shows that I am merc'd. Anyone else have this issue?
BTW this started after they "restarted" the servers.
