Title: Add weekly Deboreka quests

Suggestion/Comments: Deboreka are a clear best in slot accessory, but feel very bad to obtain and the grind can feel very 'never-ending'. Much like potion piece grinding before the pity system, many hours of grinding can be sunk in the game without anything in return to notate your progress; not to mention your progress with Deborekas is completely enveloped by the enhancement system. With Deboreka's being so rare that buying off the central market is a game of bidding rng, it would be nice to see some kind of guarenteed progression around these best in slot items.
What I suggest is a weekly kill quest that gives 1/5 of a Gaze (1 zone per week, same as how weekly pity piece quests work at infinite potion zones). This would allow players to obtain roughly 10 guarenteed Deboreka accessories in a single year as well as introducing a greater possibility for a more active marketplace around these items.

Its intentional, thats how they want the playerbase rn, thirsting for pointless AP w8ing for each dead god religiously

The point of grinding for a best in slot item is that it's a rare drop and time consuming, not everyone will be able to enhance it nor obtain it from a grind in the first place. Adding a pity system would just cause the zones to be more contested as everyone will be attempting to get this weekly quest for a boost in profit or a faster way of enhancing their current gear.
Think back when Distos weren't commonly accessible, Debo is just the current accesory that's within this standing. Eventually, the average gearscore will increase and Debo will just be as common as Distos are now. Adding a weekly quest for something like this would ruin the experience of a grind and reward.
