Long time ago Balenos was the major power of the continent, which could be comparable to Calpheon. Trade in the region flourished quickly, but since the fall of Cron Castle happened, Velia town has also suffered. Velia lost some buildings, and the whole city was neglected. Small town hall, and a big arena was destroyed to the point where they could not be rebuilt. The buildings were dismantled, and converted into the farmlands. Maybe one day Velia will return to the times of glory!

This is what Velia might have looked like in it's heyday in my opinion. (with 3D modeling I could do more :D)

So, get to 3D modeling it and implement it in the game already! I'd love to see it happen in-game! :D Although, to be honest, I'd rather there was a fence protecting Ernill from horse stench :D (small critique: with all the improvements you've made - well, you or the giant and shai pair, who knows? - the scaffolding under the storage house's 2nd entrance is pretty useless)

yeah, I could delete it, or change it, but even giants are not that big to bang their heads on it :D Also rebuilding a whole city just in photoshop was taking too much time, and I don't have much of it, but I have to say while collecting all the assets, I found out that Olvia is a beautiful town, and middle of it looks better than in Velia in my opinion.

A town maybe not. But it does feel more a bustling village than Velia ever was. Even taking in the consideration the mishap with the Cron Castle, Velia still doesn't qualify for the "Capital of Balenos" title. Your suggested renovations could give it at least that. I know a GM who would probably be very happy if the place would get a decent facelift :D

I mean Velia has the harbor at least, and that's a huge advantage :>
