Are we able to get the knowledge "Al Rhundi, the Mortal" (for the Serendia Adventure Log III) after the Serendia-quest update?

I dont seem to find a way to get it.

Try speaking to this NPC, if he gives the knowledge: https://bdocodex.com/kr/npc/41036/1/. You have to have completed the quest "[Serendia II] Longing for Priola" of the new questline in order to get that interaction.
