Do you perhaps mean the menu that appears in your screen that tells you of possibilities to do while you are level 57?
You cannot permanently remove it while you are still level 57. You can only "close it for today" (left bottom corner)
Once you reach level 58, that menu will not return anymore.

I'm sorry but I do not know what else you could possibly mean. The speech bubbles above NPC heads are just there, but they aren't really intrusive so you cannot remove them either. You could press ctrl-U to remove the entire UI and enter screenshot mode. In this mode you can press F1 to hide the screenshot controls on the right side to get a full screen without any UI. But I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for?

I had to take a radical solution, that, i fear, will last until i reach lv 57 .... i closed all chats. That way i do see the npc but not the players bulles chat. In town like Elvia, GLish and alike, there is so much players that when you arrive, you see only a wave of bulles :)

Its sad, because i like from time to time read those to participate a little into the game life, but well, old eyes need that.
