A new upgrade stone, exclusively for the Artina Sol, has been released. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to fine-tune the balance in monster zones. 
We know that Shai adventurers have been dealing with some challenges. While Shai has solid basic skill damage, the lack of the Blackstar Awakening weapon has left her short on extra species damage and monster damage. This has made it tough to maximize your skill damage in new monster zones where high AP is key.
We've heard your concerns about the Blackstar weapon and Garmoth's Heart. We even considered introducing Blackstar Sol, but we didn't want to risk diminishing the standing of the PEN (V) Sol Shai, known as the strongest among Shai adventurers. 
If we introduced Blackstar Sol, any adventurer with the PEN (V) Blackstar Awakening Weapon who transitions to Shai could potentially outshine the PEN (V) Sol Shai. Plus, since Artina Sol isn't listed on the Central Market, it's not easy for adventurers of other classes to further progress their Shai. And if we introduced Blackstar, the unique scarcity that Shai adventurers currently enjoy in the Black Desert, in party zones or party content, could be jeopardized.
We believe it's crucial to preserve the inherent value of the Shai class. So, we've introduced a new reform stone specifically for Artina Sol. This will help maintain the standing of PEN (V) Sol Shai adventurers and address the issue of insufficient AP in top-tier monster zones.
However, we've ensured that a certain level of wealth is required to avoid other classes feeling disadvantaged by the ability to achieve similar effects at a significantly lower cost than the Blackstar. Additionally, we've designed the stone to only boost AP against monsters, ensuring it doesn't impact other areas of gameplay outside of PvE.
