From my understanding, we wont be able to find her until after next maintenance.
* You will be able to exchange the items after the maintenance on June 23, 2021 (Wed).
- You must first complete Old Moon Guild's Trade Offer quest with NPC Jetina before you can accept the following quests.

would have been nice if they had put that in there text for what you were todo and tell you in the same line of text.

Logged in to ask about the same thing.
I don't think it's a translation issue even, just a confusing feature since we all receivet quest item according to the announcement.
Will log in later to check but this was unnecessaryly confusing even by BDO standards.

Oh!! I'm glad I came to the forums regarding this issue. Have been trying to figure it out in game to no avail. Very confusing! It must not be doable until after next maintenance, I suppose.

After some decoding it does seem clear that neither NPC Jetina, nor the the corresponding quest are available till next maintenance. What is confusing, however, that the item we need to triger the quest line are already handed out. No idea why the haste again.

Dude its a major time sink and not worth IMO, it will cost you around 10 Bil in materials at least to make it.

Yes. 10B for PEN accessory that you would have to buy for 30B... That's 20B profit I think
