I also saw one or two people hyped about mansons... idk why tho, it will be mostlikely just the residence system recycled with heavy cash shop utilization...
I'm glad they are finally saying they are going to rework old classes, although that is literally a topic from three companies back. That was something we were asking for when Daum was still a thing. That's literally like 4 years ago. That's three forum versions back. That being said, it will be nice if they really do modernize old classes to the current standards (less manual cast buffs, less useless/clutter skills that are unused, more consistent protections on skills).
I hope they update/improve on some of the class animations too (I think alluded to during the presentation). Not that they're bad per se, just in comparison to some of the newer classes that have been released they certainly feel a little lacklustre in the visual department.
I like the old forums better. This forums remind me of FFXIV General Forums. It's overrun of Loyalist and Sycophants lol. If you even try to make a negative thread it gets deleted.
It's no mystery people like you liked Kakao forum better since it was mostly unmoderated and trolls/liars and the such could ruin the forums for days being unpunished. For you it was more fun bullying out costumers out of the forums because how dare they enjoy a game they've been playing for years and how dare they express any positive opinion about it.
BDO has been out since 2014 and your telling me this is the first time they tried to rework old classes? Hello Succession says Hi.
Way to strawman so hard you convenviently forget the part where this og classes reboot has been a popular request for years. Hell you probably belong to the category of users that have been pwned by Pearl Abyss during the ball.
Nova and Archer are as extinct as the Dinosaurs, 80% of the ppl who tried/returned to BDO after the Kakao to PA transfer are gone because of how BDO is.
Could you show us the large scale customer survey allowing you to make such assumptions. Or at least be honest and admit your statement is just an opinion coming from somewhere that doesn't smell good.
Now i heard there's a 340 AP zone coming? Mansions that nobody cares about? A rework on the Tutorial that ppl will prob just skip? Ranked PVP? Devs admitting Ghillie suits are P2W so they are disabling it on some PVP servers? lmao.
And do you have a point about the new zone ? Or do you think progressing in a progression game isn't good and that you would rather have been stuck in catfish for half a decade. Again, please link your survey about mansion popularity or see previous point about the provenance of your "opinion". Tutorial is how new players interact with the game first and how they learn basics and you manage to think it's not usefull ? Improving PVP has been requested for years and so has been disabling ghillie benefits.
TLDR: everyone wonders on what planet you live by looking at your comments.

I am playing with a nova. Few of my friends like her too. Also... How do you know it's 80%? Even I don't know the exact statistics.

Pearl Abyss: Here are OG classes reboot
Jokes aside, as a 2016 class main, I'm pleased to see my class (ranger) getting a reboot.
I am a bit apprehensive about this, The main issue i am having is this last class balance was based on KR asia input only and released with no testing input from regions other than that of KR.
Again i feel that even though NA/EU lets be honest here primarily NA provides more Income to PA for BDO than all other regions combined they take almost ZERO input from us as the primery consumer of BDO. I was hoping that would change a little when they took over self publishing but it looks like thats not gonna happen.
Class reboot is def needed but what form will it take and will it not destroy what some of us have grown to love about our classes.

Exactly this. I still painfully remember that "no SA+CC" disaster that they stopped halfway through and refused to revert...even when they clearly saw how much of a problem it was. I just hope this time they think it through before nuking half the classes into oblivion for years, with bad changes.
