Ok. i will say it again.. It was a thing before as you said and it still is AFTER patch. Patch tried to solve the problem. Problem is not solved.
As for the "guaranteed" drops..or my supposed "theory" ..i never said anything like that and obviously you were lost in the translation or you didnt get what i was saying therefore i have no answer.. you can read again what i wrote with the hope you understand what i actually said. That is all.
Patch obviously didn't try to solve this problem since it doesn't exist in the first place. It it did, don't you thing there would be a flood of reports such as yours ? As I explained to you this is not a common occurence and just falls into the bad luck scenario.
The patch increased the drop rate in order to reduce overall time required to grind for scales, not to deal with an imaginary issue that happens in extreme statistical scenarios aka very rarely in the grand scheme of things.

Agris has nothing to do with your issue since it affects the loot amount after actual procs, but not the proc rate itself. In other words, if a proc doesn't happen an hypothetical 1000% Agris rate wouldn't change anything.
Anyway, you tested it further, witnessed drops and probably realised what was the deviation phenomenon is about when dealing with statistical matters. Case closed.
In the future, if you look after honest an reliable reports about BDO you might want to avoid forums and rather ask in a trusty discord.
You are saying that the official Forum does not have honest replies but discord channels are more valid? lol ... so in other words you are not trustworthy since you replying here and i shouldnt take you seriously..ok... furthermore since you mentioned agris.. it supposed to affect junk trash loot and only that... but i made the tests nevertheless.

Yes I'm saying that trusty discord channels gather more competent and reliable people than this forums will ever do. Doesn't mean said discords include 100% of trusty users and that the forums include 0%, what you did was just a bad logic statement instead of coming to a reasonable conclusion, maybe because you just are looking for an echo chamber and can't admit reasonable facts.
If you really made any test about Agris you would have come to the conclusion that croc scales are considered as trash loot in the tables with a relative low drop amount. If you understood basics of looting in BDO you would know that Agris has no influence on a non-existent proc.
Given previous points I agree it would clearly be better we stopped debating, feel free to report imaginary issues tho that you even admitted they didn't exist lol instead of debating proc rates after patch based on actual loot reports such as the one I provided, not on a statistical exception.

What you dont know?
the drop rate events for items is not real.
when PA says they are doing a d-rate event, what they mean to say is;
"Hey guys, this event is a catchup event, anyone with x-playtime and x-money spent and x-new silver value on their accounts will not get the d-rate... sorry... its only for the newbies"
