We (only pve/ life skill players) are players too, and more importantly, we are customers too, we also buying pearls. We even want to buy more but who will pay for a game that does not make him happy because a small percentage of players' pvp spoils the joy of everyone else?

From a business stand point Pearl Abyss is trying desparately to bring in new customers.  They are now advertising Twitch, giving away items, and pushing things like Seasonal Servers.

There are a large amount of players out there that simply want to avoid the toxic behavior.  That doesn't preclude PVP either.  They could Siege, Node, RBF, Special Event, Arsha, etc even if PVE servers where established.

Logic also dictates the right answers.  IF there is enough game space there is simply no need to trample over others.  It's simply not beneficial and most players wouldn't do it.

That's why you can play the game fairly freely in older dead areas.  The problem is you have much lower gains in those areas.  With a more proper PK rule like the desert I also had far less issues.

When the players actually faced more consequences for PKing they where FAR LESS LIKELY to do it.  When they knew they could just burn off free karma, they would be very aggressive.

Except facts matter.  I said for a specific reason (proximity).  I was waiting for crops to finish.  Additionally, if you actually read or cared about the subject you would also know I wasn't actually AFK.

You didn't attempt to address the actual point at any time.  Mainly the intentions and behavior of a person PKing someone in which they would gain absolutely nothing.  No grind spot.  No money.  No points.  Nothing.

In reality, this game was made for owpvp. The combat system is made for group pvp, not pve and not for duels. It's blatantly obvious, actually. Look at how little cc work on mobs and u realize that the design was always leaning towards catering to pvp. To lend meaning to this pvp, u have pve and other activities that populate the world with a DIVERSIFIED crowd. A diversity u wish to slay, in the name of economic benefit through complete safety of bartering routes. ya man, u a barterer 100%.. i know that. cuz the pve guys... they sorta pvp too.. they came here for that. I'm sure some pve guys will agree with u, but that's to be expected from almost any group, but they're not pushing this discussion. You are, cause you stand to lose something on the sea and you refuse to accept that so you set out to change the structure of the game.
