I have been playing BDO for a bit more than a year, for a good portion of that I was playing in "remastered" mode- until I fried my graphics card, since then, I play on high. But today, when I logged in my fps was right around 15 and it was difficult to do much, mtried turning the settings down and that only raised the fps to ~21, so what do I do now? Haven't had performance this poor since I started.

Check if you dont have a  both lower power mode in optimisation and display quality off.
