Is there a time limit to make the PEN accessory?

To get the PEN accessory, do we have a time limit or do we have time to collect the mats needed to make it? If there is a time limit there is no way I will be able to get the 126 Magical Shards needed to get to TET much less the 456 needed to get to PEN. It's the hardest thing out of all the mats to get. If anyone has any advice on how to get them, aside form hoping I can buy the remaining 414 crystals I still need off the MP to melt down.

No, no time limit. It's a permanent quest addition.
In fact, due to some of the necessary mats (can only get the powder from a daily, and can only get 1 powder a day), it will take a minimum of 3 months to finish.

time limit?? well, considering this was implemented as a panic woorkaround to tie players up to the game (6 monsths of dailies LMFAO) because of the incoming lost ark release i am pretty sure there wont be a time limit.

Pearl Abyss must be panicking since 2016 since they already implemented such features back then and have consistently had ever since.

If u read the dev comment under the patch note u can read "it have not time limit so ....
