Hmm, I see me Captain Susianne's glorious vessel, the 'ScallyWag' but where be she?
Hope she's not late!
Probably swimming about be me guess, on account of her loving a dip in the drink.
Ahh, she showed up with her most loyal crew first in toe. Cutting a dashing figure against the sand.
I wish I had a hat like that. Perhaps if I get to be 1st mate one day.
I wonder what pillaging she has planned for us on this lovely Olvian coast.
"First up!" she barks the orders "Some drills to test out me best crew!"
Of course we obey, being her loyal-to-a-fault followers, her Slippery Scallywags.
Ha, we're a rum-drunken rabble but we formed a (wiggly) line, a circle and even a heart,
just to show how much we care for the captain and will follow her orders without question!
We sure like crowding the captain when she's about. Who can blame us! She strikes a grand figure.
Of course she mind not none at all, and revelling in the attention even told a witty joke which I thought was pretty funny.
It was about fish.
You can see me in the painting, I'm right there front and centre with the moss & barnacle covered crab helmet.
Next, it was time to pillage. Finally!
Olvia was the target, unsuspecting that village be of our nefarious scheme to rid them of all their supplies. Lolly was our mark, that shai didn't know what was bubbling up from the coast!
Along the way though, the captain being not without heart- she never lets a good view go to waste - she halted along the coast a touch to enjoy the warmth from the afternoon sun. Which was a good thing too, as the captain had proclivity for splashing us with her magical mermaid form and keeping us furry-folk all drenched!
I wonder if the captain be more mermaid than human...
We even had a doughty lass play a tune for us whilst we plundered Lolly's storage; the Captain's crewe is full of all manner of resourcseful folk!
But we best not linger, sleepy little Olvia may be just that, but they still have a local watch with sharp pointy sticks!
Stick we'd none too like to have tickly our furry.
So off we hussled, quick as a fox, back down the path, back down to the docks.
Safe at last, we're back at Captain's ship. It's a grand vessel. I'm sure plenty of the crewe secretly want one just like it for themselves.
Just imagine how much fish one could haul in that hull...
We divided up the spoils of our Olvia raid, most taking their shame. Some rummaging about for fancy 'hammers' then lamenting there were none there.
Why they want hammers and not fish is beyond this pirate, but anyways!
The sun was a setting and soon the captain would be off, so after another splashing or two for her crewe away she sailed on her 'ScallyWag' off into the sunset.
She be leaving us with some grand memories, and to ponder what daring adventures we'll have in future with her.
If today is anything to go by they'll be aplenty, thank ye Captain Susianne!
