I have not played the game in quite some time althogh was one of the first players in game from day one as I had conq package =) , with all the countless changes and updates I thought it best to reach out to other sorc Players so that I can get guideance on what to aim for now with my Sorc, who is the only Toon I ever play on. 

If I explain where I am at, perhaps we can take it from there.

I need to know what to aim for, where to train, what to invest the little money I have into and what build.

Level 58.35% (Really want to get to 65) or so -

Wealth - Probably about 300mil in cash, 300 mil in other assetts.

Instead of me listing everything, perhaps someone could show me the best builds for 2021?

Mainly for PVE so i can gear up now and look at PVP in the future.

Honestly, a new season starts tomorrow. Remake your Sorc as a season character and run that through, you will be better off doing that as it gives sp like crazy and you will be a higher level by the end of it with less effort. You'll also get some really good gear compared to what you currently have. Find yourself a guild that can help get you back into the game because so much has changed that there's honestly too much to go over here in a forum post. I hope that helps you at least get started. Cool character btw, that's very creative.

Remake the charachter.. jeeesh i maxed out Carry weight and space not to mention countless Outfits and addons. what awaste of money! good old Pearl Abyss, its in the name i guess lol.

Welcome back fellow Scythe wielder :))  IDK if it'll help, but I'll throw in my 2 cents.

1) Start a Seasonal toon.  Season is a huge catchup mechanic, that when fully done, you will enter normal channels with full TET boss gear + full TRI yellow accessories.  The "soft cap", if you will, though IMO, "soft cap" bar has been raised over the years with how easy it is now to get gear.  The gear from Seasons alone will catapult you into viablity -- able to grind at, like 80%+ (or so) of all grind zones in BDO comfortably.  Def get Full PEN Tuvala gear.

*You can transfer your Tuvala gear to your main once you graduate from Season.  Also, I think they added these coupons where you can swap combat EXP and skill points from your Seasonal toon to your main.  You can play any class for Season and transfer that to your main after it's done*

2)  Knock out your Adventure Logs.  Adventure Logs were added as a way for players to get important stats (like AP, DP, HP, Stamina, etc.) without the need for gear.  I'd highly recommend making completing ALL Adventure Logs as your #2 goal, but you can stretch it out.  There's no time limit on when you can complete them all (there are a few timed quests, though, like run from point A to point B in a minute, or something).  Some quests are pretty cancer, but trust me...it's so worth it and satisfying once you do get it done!  Basically, free stats, just takes some time.  So do those Logs, Adventurer!

You can go through this and find out the info you need for skills.  I'd suggest maxing out all your Awakening skills, passives from main skill tree and your Rabam Skills.  Then filling out Dream of Doom, Shadow Eruption, Shard Absorption, and probably a few others I missed.  The Google Doc goes more in depth and Sorc Discord is helpful as well:  https://discord.gg/GWz9SNd

4)  Level 65!  What a feat.  The best way to accomplish this is to grind Mirumok Ruins with a party, as it is the best EXP spot per hour, I believe.  You'll also want to sit at training dummies while AFK.  TBH, levels aren't much more than bragging rights after level 63.  63 is the final "threshold" since you unlock an additional passive, but the buff is very small.  62 is the standard these days, and you can get to 61 easily via quests and 62 via normal grind / training dummies.  Also, you'll get Capotia Accessories as you level, these are a boon.  A base Capotia is basically a TRI yellow accessory, I believe, and PEN Cap's are TET equivalents.  Not sure if you can get past Seasonal end-rewards, look into that if you can..... past Seasonal graduation rewards were a PEN Capotia Ring (TET Crescent), a PEN Cap Earring (TET Narc), a PEN Cap Belt (TET Basi), and Perilla's Star (DP Alchemy Stone).

5)  Training location - Do not go to Sausans anymore :( as nice as it is for a cozy grind (I loved Sausans back in the day), the EXP and silver might as well be 0, with other spots in existence.  My recommendation is to get your Tuvala gear up to, like, TRI armors and TET weapons, or so, and grind at Infinite Potion spots, like Manshaums, Bloodwolves, and Forest Ronaros, etc.  Shultz Guard next to Sausans is pretty good EXP and skill points too, but no potion piece drops there.  Keep in mind, levels 60 and 61 get you PEN Tuvala accessories as well.

6)  Added tip -- With all the beginner blackstones you get for doing the main questline, you could get 2 sets of Tuvala weapons / armors each.  This way, you can wear whatever piece is higher enhancement level as you enhance on the second piece.  This way, you do not downgrade in AP /DP as you enhance.  Grind, grind, grind...Seasonal enhancement materials are all grinded for, so it's suuuuper easy to gear up for Seasons.  All you need, is time, materials, and a little RNG.  Though, RNG, IMO, is mitigated by how easy Seasonal materials are obtained..."bad" RNG giving you bigger and bigger failstacks that could pay off huge later. 

Do not get too discouraged by bad RNG, try to stay within failstack recommendations while enhancing, save your big stacks for bigger items, and I say do not use Cron Stones.  Save your precious Crons for better stuff, getting PEN Tuvala is easy -- just needs time.  But this is all your discretion on how to use your Crons, I recommend the patient, diligent route, but if you're pressed for time and/or effort, then sure, Cron / over-stack away since you're the one playing your account, so whatver is better for you.

Here's a basic Tuvala enhancement guide.  Gives you the recommended ranges of FS to use for Tuvala.  You can vary it a bit.  IMO, try to stay within these ranges, only overstacking when you have a surplus.  But it is up to you, ultimately, what FS to use.

EDIT:  For Tuvala accessories, I personally use 45 - 50 FS for PEN.  30 for TET accessories, 40 for TET if I have a huge overstock of 40's.  You can vary it a bit.  For PEN Tuvala armor / weapons, I stop at around 70.  70 is a great normal boss gear TET starting point, so I save those for normal boss gear, which can be sold on Central MP.
