Main quest in lvl15 is to skip to level 56  on valencia quests after you talk to the alchemists daughter 

so it's not a bug. Somewhere in one of the lasts quest lines you accepted a quest that would skip that entire portion of the Main quest. The Pearl Abyss team apparently just doesn't play their game ever because it was unfathomable to them that someone might be just pressing R very fast without reading. it. So now that wasted everybody's time today and they will have to delete their character and wait 24 hours if they want their username back. Amazing. I even took today off work for this.

its on my season character the story is boring its not like warcraft or ff story make you try to do the quest and lvl up again and reading the story and having fun so every one just presing R for skip the quests 

i never face this problem before and if i delete my character i lose my season rewards

not only that the game is just keep crashing too
