Havent played season since the first one and was eager to start this summer season up. My disappointment when i saw the cost for the season pass is overwhelming. I mean wtf..no extra rewards since last time, same stuff, but double the price. No thanks, i'll pass this one and im guessing a looot of other adventurers will follow the same way. Greedy!
YUP theyre clearly being greedy considering the first reward u get from the black spirit pass pays for the pass itself... classic outfit box is roughly 30$...
from what ive seen the total value of the items is
classic outfit box lets say $20
2 maids is $25
15 arti memes is $7.50
2 theiah orb is another $5
+6 inventory slots is roughly $7 on sale atm
which in total so far is over $60
this doesnt even include the 7 day vp, 7 day kama blessing , 7 day old moon book, tons of scrolls and season enhancement items, and the seashells which get u a bunch of items including a gophsy
so in all honesty while it may NOT be the best pass we have had it in NO WAY is PA being greedy when u pay $30 and get over $60 worth of items

You make a good point, however this big price increase didn't come with any form of communication from PA or any increase in rewards compared to previous seasons, which is a really bad business move.

i can agree with this point for sure it wouldve def been better on their part to tell us ahead of time
Being double the price for essentially the same pass as last time means I am definitely not buying this one. There's really no point because anything you'd want in this pack you can get cheaper on a sale.
Yeah, this pretty much confirms that they stoped seasons cause it wasn't profitable for them enough.
Though I doubt many will buy this now either.

ahhhh.....vindication at last.

What would've you get if they would've told it beforehand? It's not like you would be forced to buy it or anything like that, so?
Also neither it's cost nor it's reward was fixed in neither season so far, so IDK the issue here.
I'm going to take a guess and say it has to do with world events. As the world comes out of the pandemic, the US recovered the quickest financially and consumer demand increased by 21% over the rest of the world. In the past year, the US governments (between State and Federal) released several stimulus checks to the population and we've also had a national minimum wage increase that went from 7.50$ an hour to 10.50$ an hour. (This process developed over two years.) As a side note, I can't speak for EU's economic recovery, but I'm sure there are factors there too with 1st world country monetary decisions.
So... yeah. Inflation as the rest of the world scrambles to benefit from the wealth.
Yes and your great Uncles Sams debt rose by 2.8 trillion(yes, T T T trillion) just in 2020. What a fucking great economy. Kuddos!

Im pretty sure you are underestimating how out of touch this company is when it comes to region pricing. Inflation is comming but it hasnt hit us yet, otherwise the Crypto market would be soaring.
