first of all, I play on steam. i got a 1gb patch from steam on Monday (6/28/21). i got another 1gb patch from the launcher on Tuesday (6/29/21) because I couldn't get past the character selection screen without repairing it. I got a 3.5gb update from steam on Wednesday (6/30/21). then today (7/1/21) i got 2 patches from steam. one was 1gb and the other was 2gb. I am getting really sick of these huge seemingly meaningless updates getting in my way of playing. has anyone else experienced this nonsense?

I don't think you understand. Even when the other classes came out, almost all updates (with some exceptions of course) have been in the sub 500mb range. Quick fix emergency patches have been just a dozen or so mb most of the time. There should be no reason updates suddenly get to this size.

its because they are slowlly adding stuff for new dungeon and other future updates so u dont have t download it all at once when it arrives officially.
