Fullscreen prompt because its annoying having to switch from fullscreen/windowed with a prompt every time it happens and the minimap quest arrow icons because they effect frametime. (better fps too even if mildly)

I thought of trying to do the world quests to remove the arrows but I have so many sea based world quests that it's kinda annoying/hard thing to do.

I have to agree that the quest arrows should go. They're utterly useless. You just end up with a forest of overlapping arrows pointing away from you on the minimap, and you're not actually going to follow them. If you want to know how to get there, you'll use the quest window or the quest list on the right-hand side to tell the game to navigate to the quest you actualy want to do at the moment. The arrows on the mini-map for anything other than your current quest are just noise.

Make a customizable UI option that can purpose/repurpose the arrows... to whatever they are pointing at...

I actually spent a whole day doing the world quests inland just to get rid of the  minimap arrows and there was a noticable smoothness that was added to the game.

Couple of months later they release the same thing on the sea and its MUCH MUCH more time intensive to do just to get rid of the minimap arrow icons.It's ridiculous.
