Some suc sage skill sometimes cause microstutter?

I noticed while farming hadum dailies sometimes when doing the double dash trough skill on large packs of mobs theres a micro stutter?
I even noticed when you shift+arrow key teleport I sometimes notice like some micro hitch when he comes out of it.(could be some form of camera movement bug)
No temp issues or anything.3080/9900k
