So should I be afraid to getting randomly banned if I use Auto Hotkey for other stuff SEPARATE from BDO?

maybe, nobody knows. 90% of BDO community is hacking and exploiting anyways

You can't use Autohotkey with BDO, anticheat will kick you from game when detects that autohotkey is running.
Sad. Even if you don't want use autohotkey on BDO poor anticheat will not let you use this app eg. idle in BDO and autohot key only for change controls in other game (eg. I use autohotkey to change wsad for arrows).

Strange, I've never been kicked from BDO. When I am using my Voice Command AI Sound Packs for Elite Dangerous or Star Citizen. When I have BDO chilling afk in the tray.

Thanks for clarification, I didn't know "BDO community" meant 1% of the playerbase, never know with dishonest people what they actually mean.

That 1% of the higher end playerbase by themselves can clear at least 80% of the playerbase from the server if they wanted to. That 1% holds true power over the most of the playerbase. To say they don't matter, is silly at best. One of these guys can take on and pk a guild of group of 12 or more players by themselves while taking no damage from the 12+.
