Enhancing philosophies are a big thing in this game.
You need to start discussing the strategies and marginal costs of each FS click when attempting something expensive or building stacks.

New World: pvp only on request, no p2w (for now), no enhancing system (progress from natural drop / craft), fast travel system, as I know you can't change channel (because of nation you join / nation war / nation balance).

Like some others have said, Enhancing in BDO is trash tier because it's designed to make you buy costumes to melt down to Crons. It could be worse, Kritika: Online's enhancing was the epitome of gutter trash and Blue Hole knew it but again, forced people into spending real money on whetstones.

Enhancing has never been fun, though it is much more tolerable now due to new market and band. Not once have I been excited when I had hit a pen, and have never understood the overreaction of some people. What is/was fun to me when I cared enough to bother with them was RBF and nodewar. I'm not even going to get into cron stones and the tedious grind to get enhancing materials, as that was already covered.

I've run statistics on their estimated success changes and their #s seem optimistic. Yes, you can calculate the odds of failing 5 times in a row. each with a 70%+ change of success (it's less than 0.2% chance). That's my issue. Give the real statistics.

How Black Desert started? B2p with cosmetics. Now Black Desert = p2w in each aspect and this is not a game, it's casino online.

You really haven't been paying ANY attention at all have you. New World in their initial cash shop had straight up buy levels that they were going to have at release until it got scu terribler reception, they had to pull that back. After a list of also questionable monitizations, they said at RELEASE they will have just cosmetic items...AT RELEASE. So yeah not P2W...you are a bloody moron if you actually believe that.
