I can't start game after transfer to PA (javascript alert - access denied), I could not even login to pearl abyss website, when I click on login and select steam it just returns me to home page, but if I use VPN everything seems fine, I did not try to play game on VPN because it would be extremly laggy.
I transfered my account to PA and my region is Serbia so that does not seem to be problem, anyone know fix for this?
Your region is supported by the services of PA, so being unable to play because of that is out of the question.
I would say for you to contact support, but they are busy trying to reply to support tickets right now.
Perhaps, you could elaborate more of your problem here? By this time, it could've been fixed already, but I don't know for sure.

Well it seems it's global steam problem, alot of players from different countries that are supported (Germany, Canada, Slovenia, Poland, etc) can only play or login if they are using VPN (I'm currently using VPN to login to website), I sent ticket but they are under heavy work right now due to transfer so no luck. Patience is key here it seems :)

P.S.: I've had an issue yesterday on steam too. Reloged everything and all gucci, though.
I can't log in to the US servers and I'm in the So. California region. I can though via the servers in Europe/Spain. I can't figure it out :(
