Ninja is one of the classes that both suffers and benefits the most from desync. Unfortunately, that means suffering for most of our Ninja bretheren in the US because the average ping difference between players is really high for this type of game. Not only that, but because of hit stuttering and animations being sped up by being hit, it means your short duration, fast animation iframes like Silent Charge end too early and you'll end up getting cc'd. The two issues combined, it's a nightmare for any Ninja playing outside of 10-15 ping.

PA could attempt to solve this by adding more sanity checks server side, tightening gaps, and adding more lingering effects, but I don't think they can fully solve the issue until the US gets better internet infrastructure. Thatw isn't going to happen in the next 10 years at least, if at all.
