So they actually went through with it, 10b items for a few days of effort. Gear progression is now two steps. Collect your tets, save 500b for pen.

Tell me what was so bad about having a base capotia neck for free which is a tri yellow accessory? How do you need more than a free tri even? They made that level 61 and under not 64. When does it stop? And no I am not some old 2016 player as well. I am a fairly new player who is concerned with how gear progression is now.

What's wrong with Nach gear which is around free duo blackstar? The capotia level rework? Which is FREE 4 tri yellow accessory for just hitting 61 which can be done in 1-2 days. Boss exchange for more free tet? Easy Pen Tuvula? Or just flat out buying the missing tet weapons with all the billions of caphra we keep getting. You can make ~75mill/hr playing the game for like a week, how is that a BAD starting incoming?

You're just now making people all crammed into ONE ap/dp bracket area and guess what? They are then going to complain how hard it is to get PEN. Where is the progression and satisifaction now?

Good news for PEN acc enhancers though, the whole 0.02% of them.

We're now giving out end game items for free and yes a tet neck is an end game item for 99% of players, they are not saving 70-80b for a pen neck, they don't even even want to save 10b. People hitting blackstar pens with a couple old month accounts with the 150valk, hammers and oppounirty that used to require lots of saving and planning.

Seriously though at this point, just remove gear, give us all the same stats. Pen weapons are only a few billion more than this season reward, so let's give out free pen boss weapons too, and might as well give out a free Vell heart. Capotia Vell Heart next season. Celebrate as you just dilute progresison and make the MP only a place for pen enhancers.

I just want to say a few things.

A.) They are going about this the wrong way. Instead of hand outs, they could just increase the ehancement success rates.

B.) So everything people get from season to include this summer season. Will not even put a player at mid game status. Mid game status now is PEN-C0 armor and weapon with TET accessories.

C.) Endgame gear is around 700GS.

D.) A player at mid game will still 9 times out of 10 get gear checked by a person at endgame in BDO.

Problem is those ahead of the curve don't have much further gear progression, it's just caphra levels or swapping a pen with another pen that has a different stat distrtitubtion like more accuracy.

On top of that, players from let's say around 1 year to now are having constantly their new item values dumped to the ground. And you also realize it affects your income when you realize you can't sell much for profit because everythin gis devalued. You're increasing the time to get PEN.

There was plenty of incentive to get someone rolling and freebies already. If they made gear past PEN grade then yeah sure, but they aren't. You're just cramming 99% of players into the one ballpark GS and the others are simply just adding caphra levels and waiting for Fallen God - which really is just caphring anyway.

You realize 1 pen weapon, pen armor and tet accessory is achievable now in a couple of months? You're essentially saying PEN accessories and caphras only separate everyone and that's meant to be ULTRA hard to get. No-one expect to be full pen accessory unless they really, really put in the effort or get ultra lucky.

C0 pen is impossible unless you sell every caphra every time. I don't even farm caphras and I can c4-6 everything with dice games, events, codes, generally grinding etc. OH YEAH and they are also buffing caphra drop rates again.

Oh and I have a tet neck, I mean this change is good FOR ME but I think it's bad. Only last year Grunils was progression, they need to slow things down. It should have stopped @ tri boss, that's more than enough to skip 3/4 of the areas and get a proper taste of this game.

You're  not meant to be competitive @ PVP early, it's open world non-equalizing gear. You can play instanced MMOs for that like WoW. You are now COMPETITIVE with silver income in a few weeks. Where's the fun in that? Last year I was so excited hitting 62 for that capotia earring. Now it's fast-food, GEAR PROGRESSION, not a TWO-Step process which it is now.

Look I know nothing I say will change anything hence just give everyone free PEN, have arena season like "WOW" which they are doing it and be done with it. With the new Sherif system, harsh dec changes it's obvious this games near direction is just a equalized PVE simulator. A damn shame because it didn't have to be this way.
