PA, listen guys, its a bug, its a simple bug where system messages get's overwrited by new poping up system messages probably because  filter buffer size is to small to handle amount of messages.  This bug is already like 2 years old, you just don't want to invenstigate into it on live server with live amount of players, no point to investigate it on test server.

I've reported this bug ~2 years ago and you give me answer that those messages cannot be filter because there is no option, and you refuse to keep conversation that its have nothing to do with non existed filter settings, today you added that new "Enchancement message" filter settings and its doesn't work , old system messages still getting overwrited by new system messages ( not only enchantments one, its just way to much of them you can't notice other one).

Yeah this bug was reported dozens of times over the last 5 year, but they don't really care.

Bugged pieces of knowledge also have been reported since 2016 and they started fixing them. Oops doesn't fit your narrative.

Problem with knowledge - there is not obtainable knowledges - logical fix is to add way to get them, and yes PA adding then ( those missing don't effect max energy).

Problems with message - messages popping out while ignoring system filter, so they add another level of chat filter to filter what already bypass filter, and its instantly bypass new filter, its like adding more butter against hot knife in hope more will fix it.

And i'm really hope that this new chat setting was created to deal with that bug, otherwise i can't imagine how "smart" PA is, if they adding futures to something that heavely bugged, just for fun i guess.
