Chat-Setting "Show/Hide Enhancement" doesn't work

Chat-Setting "Show/Hide Enhancement" doesn't work reliably
If I choose to hide enhancements in the chat window, some (not all enhancements) will still be displayed randomly after a short while when I am idle/afk. I asked Guildmates in Voicechat and they expierienced the same issue when they are idle after a while.
1. Open Chat-Settings and untick "Enhancement"
2. Wait and being idle 5 - 10 minutes
3. Enhancement messages will appear

I have always experienced this, set the notifications that show up in the middle of the screen to off, and I believe I still see most of them! "So and so's PEN Dandelion attempt Failed", etc. Plus I can't move the location of this notification in the UI settings (I would put it higher). I'm playing on a 15" gaming laptop, I only have so much screen space at 119% UI (so I can read things without it being microscopic).
