So like 1 week ago I was on vacantion browsing my FB and see a big TITLE from BDO. GIFT PEN ACCESSORIES.. And I was like WOW that amazing finally I will have an extra 3 AP :) I was so excited.
Don't get me wrong guys its just im working full time and also im PvP maniac so I don't really have a time to properly grind in this game... I manage to hit 600 GS and now every AP/DP is really hard to get it with close to zero grind a day. I basically join the game do few rbf and NW with guild and I really dont have the time to go grind mobs.
So when I saw a gift PEN ring/earing I was WOW!!! THank you!! FInally some catch up mechanics for the casual pvp players like me.
And ... I was back from my vacantion hit the game watch a guide for the so called "GIFT" and what end up a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
First you need to do for almost 3 months every single day a daily where you need to waste your time in killing mobs ... If you choose the afk way ( lifeskill) it will take twice as much time. Second you need 5 bil in silver for materials + 2 bil for TRI accessoarie in total 7 bil ( even more cause you need to heat up crystals and yellow accesoaries..)
So basically the so called "GIFT" you need like 7-10 bil + 3 months killing mobs everyday. YE I Know someone will says "Its better then nothing" sure thats true at the end you will have a PEN ring for like 1/3 of the price but guys .... THEY SAID GIFT!!!!

So here is the meaning of the word GIFT-

1. something given voluntarily without payment in return, as to show favor toward someone, honor an occasion, or make a gesture of assistance; present.

2. something bestowed or acquired without any particular effort by the recipient or without its being earned

So tell me here how this could be a gift? I need to grind for this 3 months .. pay 7-10 bil and at the END gift..
Common guys at least when you say something DO IT!

You just implemented another grind mechanic for the people that play this game for 10+ hours. Actually this so called "GIFT" will be mostly beneficial to those that play the game hardcore, as me and other causla players we will probably wont have the time and the silver to invest to get this "GIFT".

I'm just disappointed. Everything you implemented in this game is mainly focus to this part of the community where they are already at end game, this for example is the free 1 AP/DP from kzarka thing quest... I cannot do that either cause of my GS. So you keep adding more and more mechanics that only people will a lot of GS can complete while others that play casual we leave behind. Don't get me wrong I dont want to be gifted with 700+ GS gear... It's just give something that will add 1-3 GS to us the casual  players from to time.
Every type of player is important if you lose all the casual players, because they feels like a lot behind, soon the hardcore player will also leave cause the servers will be empty.
Plus me having now 600 GS with "gifted ring" i will have 603 wont make big of a difference to people that have 700 GS they will still wipe me with one shot and I will still wont be able to do anything.. but atleast I will be "happy"for having some extra GS.

If you decide to NOT get the PEN accessory from this event then you will be choosing to NOT take the average 30 billion booster from the event. 

What do I mean by 30 billion booster? say you get the PEN cres and it cost about 40 billion on the market at raw purchase. The events total cost is averageor 9-10 billion in time and effort.

The math here suggests that you are now gaining some ground... to the tune of 30 billion.

If PA wanted to place this kind of advance on more gear gains, then everyone would be getting some seriously high gear score. 

With all this infomation, would you really choose to not do this event?

I do understand this but this is not a GIFT ... thats my whole point here that they simply lie to people by saying it is a GIFT. While it's a event/mechanic where you need to invest silver and time in order to obtain it. Something that is gift means, you do absolutly nothing and get it...

the only EVENT part of the ring questline was the burning tail thingy that saves roughly 3 weeks

as for GIFT

what they said was due to the previous balls feedback  and the fact the hammer wasnt that big a sucess  they decided to give us a gift of a way to get a garenteed PEN enhancement

they havent lied at all  

the only people who are lieing are those who twist words and what was said to suit them

Its not even Event.  Its permanent so you are not rushed to do it in 3 months. If you can't do it now, do it in a year ír whenever you want to..
