Why is this skill on a 20 sec cd and deal less damage then a basic attack but last 10x longer? This can't be intended can it? After speaking with several Sages, considered the worst skill in the game. How bad? 296/301 w/ Tet BS/Pen Kutum does almost zero damage to monsters rated at 100 to 160 Ap. It even does 1/4th the actual damage of a basic attack. Start at :50

Guessing you never got an answer to this. I see the same thing. I see their HP counters flicker but always come right back up to full strength.
2023 and this still sucks
