Hi!

Just did the daily quests for this new event (see title) and having done so I just got to share what a horrible experience it was and I'll also explain why.
What was dreadful (in my opinion) was that one of the event quest forced me to join the "Red Battlefield". Now, PvP is always something that comes down to taste and I've played a couple of MMOs over the year (starting the various MUDs then into DAoC, EVE, WoW, Aion, Tera etc) and this game is by far the most unwelcoming game of them all when it comes to this aspect.
Everything happens super fast and if you don't PvP on a regular basis (or have silly gear I guess) then the experience will feel like you join, jump down the hole and BANG, you're dead, not knowing what happened. Now I do understand that people who do enjoy this aspect of the game would like the extra attention an event gives, however, when you "force" (I know it's optional but if we were to get real then people want to do events to gain the rewards) people who don't PvP on a regular basis to partake in this, I don't think you're doing anyone a favor.

If you're not good at it and/or have crappy gear, all you do is die instantly (which is a horrible experience imo) while feeding points to the other team over and over again, meaning you participating is worse for your team than you being AFK up top, thus hurting your team members who do enjoy and have the skills and gear to actually fight.

Please, next time you decide to add PvP requirements to an event, make it an optional choice (as in you can choose PvP or PvE or perhaps even life skilling) instead of a mandatory quest (as it stands, you must go there).
Only positive thing I have to say is that you guys thankfully hand out a Red Seal as a reward for the quest so we only have to suffer through one battle and then we can just keep recycling the seal.
