What is the point of setting a loot rate so low that we have time to finish full pen tuvala twice before having it?

Has anyone already looted one?

I grind full buff + loot scroll + full arsha season to try to loot treasures and I killed a bunch of Skittish Afuaru for nothing..

imagine the new players on his normal server without ls or anything, when exactly he is supposed to loot this stone?

BDO is Full random,some players loot in 2 try and some not,i've see 4time Afuaru and i loot this stone 2 times and one guild mate 5 time afuaru and 0 stone....is BDO

Killed that lil crap so many times and NO stone!

It's a scam, just like the FS enhance... or maybe they forgot to ENABLE it in loot table..

So in about 6months you see in patch notes, enabled Frozen tides black stone for Afuaru loot table..

BEFORE the patch Id see Afuaru every 10 mins.

AFTER the patch I spent an hour at Shultz with a party whod already been there for 3 hours, and none of us have seen him today.

Probably same as 0,0001% boss box chance from Afuaru.

Same as PRI, DUO, TRI craps from stronger world bosses. ROTFL. Have you heard or seen anyone get other weapon then 0? 

So ... yes, pointless.

This game is .... it's not even game, it's trash casino garbage with totally stupid box rng system. 

One item with 99% chance and others with 0,0001% chance. ROTFL again.

Even garbage has only a 0.01% drop chance in BDO.

Ok I finally got him to spawn at Basalisks and he dropped... a shabby pickaxe. :(

A little wisdom from my life:

Used to work part-time in an amusement park. I was stationed in the scam games area. As a rule early in the morning we had practically to give away prizes so the customers would run around with them and making others jelly so they end up playing out scam games which we make harder and harder to win the more ppl win prizes.

In the past 2 days I've seen probably 12 to 14 of them spawn. Ive had 2 spawn at once it was the only time I didn't kill one of them.

Last night I got the frozen stone from one but I didn't even realize it till I had finished grinding the ore msg always pops up on kill. 

But IDK prior to the update on regular servers I got a Nouver weapon box last weekend from one so I can't complain seems my rng has been more then fair with them.
