Is there a bug going on with redeeming elvia marni stones currently? I no longer see a "known issues" section on this site to confirm this.  When I attempt to redeem Elvia Biraghi Den marni stones for shards of the drained night, it just says "the required item is not owned".  I have 4 Elvia Marni's Stone (Biraghi Den), fully filled, in my bags when I click on the item in Toshi's menu to exchange for the shards.  I actually had 5 of them, and it let me exchange the first one...then this message on subsequent exchange attempts.  I logged out and back in with the same result. I went to a different Wacky Toshi npc with the same result. 

This happens when you have empty stones before the filled one. So just untick auto arrange and put the filled one before the empty ones.
