if only you could say no one warned you it would be like this.... if only... i am not sure how old you are to be so excited about something in BDO and expecting it to be free so i will just assume you are a new player, if thats the case get used to it because thats how things work around here, you can A) Accept it or B) Accept it, we have been giving feedback about their way of ruining content for 5 whole years and nothing have changed, only recently when they saw the players numbers drop to hystorical minimums they are starting to get rid of some inconveniences but thats about it, it would be good if you understand now that this game is maintained by the 1% of the playerbase that is willing to sink thousands without blinking, just like a mobile game, the rest of us are just the punching bags of that 1%, so either pay it or skip it.

I have a residence in every city. Cost me 1 CP each. Theyre fullly furnished but I only use them for a cooking station and somwhere to AFK in peace. There is ZERO need for me to even care about mansions. If their only purpose is to look pretty then they will be completely useless to me. If they put the mansion right next to the road to Media and you have to look at someone elses mansion every time I take that road, Its just so whales show off thier tiny little dicks. Dead content is dead on arrival.

Exactly. But anyway new contents are always welcome. Better than nothing. 

Good video, and I heard can use normal game crafted furniture etc. and such in the residence.

There are quests for various manor pieces & crafting recipies. that's a win, always enjoy that.

There are no *points* to make *first house*  so buying anything through pearl is only a decoration decision on a players part.

Garden plots, questline. Personal horse stable? Wonder about the requirements there. Can trainers path their horses in the mansion yard?

I enjoy trying new things in game. I'll be there doing it when it comes active.

I don't mind the rent, easy to make.

50 cp? Some reorganization of game priority goals. Shuffling cp around, do it all the time anyway for trade routes.

Probably will tear down some node routes, farm plots (manor garden works for farming? saves cp right there- I could make a visual pretty display of all those rare mushrooms i raise), turn in a rental container and get more active again on daillies/quests for contribution points to make that cp back up again.

Bit of a very long grind at my cp level, they really need to update the contributation point system due to all the new areas we have nodes to. 

I have so many questions. Do we have to refurniture every time we decide to hold the manor payment for a while? Does AFK player horses will swarm the courtyard like the horse infestation in every city? The requirements are harsh but I kinda understand that is the end game of housing. To me the constant payment is more bothersome than the CP cost. The CP is fixed and static, the silver on the other hand is a leech on your back if you cant pause it. . Just like the value packs. I rather wait and experience it in game to have a solid opinion.

Im quite desapointed with the interior design. I thouht it would have more rooms and divisions but is only 3 huge rooms with no second floors. 

Yeah it's a pretty useless content, though there was players who wanted better housing system, and guess this is an attempt to make them pleased.

Looking at that video, and thinking of what they should have done. They should have turned them into guild halls.
