Ansel was disable like a 1-2 week after implementation 3-4 years ago.

The reactivation is definitely not intended.  Bug happen.

I'm pretty sure they never disabled it, even when they said its disabled there still was players using it. And its not some new accounts, its old accounts actively using it in RBF, they was reported, and nothing happen to them and will never happen.

FPS  exploit - still working fine ( alltought masterlords console players asked to fix it).

Point to move still move you regardless of you character status.

Skills still activating from skill bar when they  cannot be activated.

Instant stand ups from knockdown still a thing.

Ansel ? Like its mater.

Balanced game zero issues here just great Balanced perfect game design.

How the f are people using Ansel ? when I try it in safe zone full hp idle and everything I only get the you can't use this now notification -_-
