Once again I'm writing with high hopes, that someday this game will get the optimisation it deserves.

After some time I started grinding a bit, and it bothers me that FPS is so unstable in this game. For some reason, frametime will jump trough the roof every 60 sec, and that causes annoying FPS drop ... every single minute.

I also found out that while BDO does use more than just 1 CPU core, it will still put most of it's workload on 1 core. In my case that will always be CPU core 2. Can this game be optimised so it will spread workload on more cores evenly? Or at least close to it, instead of using 100% of 1 core ...

I'm also attaching picture of CPU core usage + framerate and frametimes while I was grinding at Sycria for few minutes. With red lines I marked when I started and ended with my "test grinding".

It did improve game performance, but sadly not enough.

Here's to hoping that someone at PA finally takes a look at those issues and resolve them somhow. I'm sure players won't mind if next new character will come with a bit of delay, while your team would be working on fixing those issues :)

after corsair release game have been suffering from microstutters and frame drops of 10% 

alot of thing can cause performance issue including windows.

Majority of the time for my case clear GPU Cache, Game Cache, full scan each maintenance and restart the game everyday is the best way i finded to have a realy more smooth experience.
the problems are not everyone who has them. there are no common dominators.

and it's the same on all games. it's just that we pay more attention to BDO as performance is more important than usual.
if I had to quote some recent games level optimization. BDO would be one of the best-optimized games on the planet. Probably Top 2 next to Doom. not even joking.

The BDO engine is primarily intended for Korean Cyber cafes and their config. I doubt that bdo is entitled to a drastic change at the level of the engine in relation to the API for a more horizontal use of the current recent hardware resources which is still a very basic minority of people have.

BDO under Vulkan, like any game in existence is a dream. I do not see any possibility in our current reality for this possibility. they already have an optimization problem just to implement a haircut. there is no miracle. the more they add to the game, the more expensive it will be in performance.
Just removing an autopath ping, putting the 3d map and removing the auto arrange from inventory, storage / central market is a significant performance gain.

The map is even more flagrant when you uncheck certain display.

I think the same thing, the game has a lot of optimization problems, the frame drops and constante stuttering give a lot to be desired from the technical section of the game. I understand that the bdo engine can not be change but at least optimized the one they already have,
