I think that TET BS items give really good value for the stats you get, armors can also be upgraded to Obsidian. I am personally using 4 x Obsidian armor items and 2 x BS weapons, all TET and I am able to do all Elvia content with ease (compare the price of each TET BS item vs PEN boss at different caphra levels, C6 or C9, C20 etc.)

Sure boss armor is better long term but most players will never even get to a stage where they get all PEN boss armors let alone C20 (do the math how much it cost to get C20 for each of the items). Only the hardcore players that have been no lifing for a long time now are at this stage.

If you are only making 300-500mil a day then TET BS armor will be your end game goal as this will allow you do do almost all content for the lowest cost, it will still take you decent amount of grinding to get there, if you are making 1-2bil a day and are a no lifer then sure, go for boss armors.

You make such low money, cause you are so stupid to go for obisidian instead of selling that trash loot...

It s even more stupid , to keep caphras for worthless dp stat instead selling that caphras...

I run tet obsidian boots, helm and gloves with fallen god at pri. its godly in pve and very sufficent in pvp. im sitting at 363dp with one distorsion (367 without) but my objective is to stay in 365 dp bracket with both distorsions. thing is im running almost 400 dr includng monster so i am very very comfortable in places like orcs or monastery, like i play in arsha and i dpnt mind fighting between mobs. My class is a squishy, lahn and i dont even run frenzy anymore just rely on pots for healing in endgame. ill have to see ash forest but i thik i pretty much can go there too.

btw the obsidian upgrades are not such a big grind around 25-30h each and even though it is wasted if u moove u are still going to make avery long use of it and its still cheaper than its caphras counterpart. each obsidian tet piece cost is actually less than its boss gear counterpart without even the caphras to match it, without using  any caphras which u can save for ur fallen god or later evasion gear.

Its great catchup gear id specially recomend it for eva classes as ur going to go dr in the beggining and this will more that likely suit ur needs, just build damage from this while u buildup ur caphra stock and slowly aquire alternate evasion gear, which is truly the endgame but requires u to make the jump at the very least at c9 every piece.
