I don't think people have issue with how difficult the dungeon is, the issue is that you have a very high chance at losing very expensive crystals, I know people that have lost 1BIL or more worth of crystals as they just didn't want to give up. I was in a group and we were all well overgeared for normal difficulty and some of us still died, some fights can get really messy with lots of adds and bosses dealing some crazy damage.
maybe don't go around and pull 20 bosses at the same time? learn the mechanics instead of facerolling the keyboard like you are grinding mobs?
I have 316 dp, and some mobs one shot me. I had full buffs (tent, food, draught and elixir). 250 ap and 300 dp is a lie.

Clearly they messed up bad with the balance of this, but they mess up the difficulty with every release for normal people. Look at Kratuga which was harder than Aakman or even Hystria when it was meant to be easier.
Add to that the huge gear rush now for a new player making Balenos, standard Serendia, Calpheon and Mediah pretty pointless after the first week and you have a game that for most people gets SMALLER with each release because most people can't play the new stuff.
Pretty spectacular fail. They had the very sensible idea of supporting different difficulty levels, this should have solved all problems, but they they put their stupid heads on when deciding to make them too hard for everyone.
Question is, will they listen? My feeling is they will make a very small concession and tone the difficulty down of normal a very small amount, but not enough to fix it.
They also need to address the crystal loss problem. That was a mecanism put into the game when top crystals cost 20 mil. Now it's a mechanism that tells most players to not even bother with most new areas. The death penalty needs a massive rethink

Go make character with 250 ap/300 dp and post video of how well it's going for you.
Lost a lot of crystal on Main trying to see the new Dungon. Tho normal Mode ist for most not playable. No clue how Elvia is but... normal is realy a bad joke.
Going with Season Charakter was more fun. You can learn mechanics and Boss fight is ok. And get the rewards.
But i will only enter again with Main if the Dungon is fixed and duable with Gearscore about (678) with not losing 4 or more Crystal s .... on the way to boss.
Now,some weeks later Atoraxxion is DEAD!
The big mistakes pa have make,dont get fixed and this is the result. I don´t know what they smoke,but this ist crazy. The new step of this dungeon come and will be die faster then the first part.

2 Weeks before Atoraxxion one of the best Patches at the last 2 Years comes out (Imperial trading etc) and i was hopeful for the future. But now i have realize that pa don´t agree that the eu market another content needs to bind the ppl.

Main problem of Atoraxxion is BDO's community, so much liars -people join w/o knowledge, people join wrong groups (no quest/knowledge grp’s), people don't even bother to read what to do, people don't want to communicate.
Dungeon itself is very easy, even Elvia version can be do with in 30 minutes (including farming dagger), over all GS requirements is kind of fine, problem once again community that used to spam R to reward can’t even deal with basic mechanics (imagine every mob have mechanics).
Quest reward itself is very good, and right now I’m agreed that its must be kept weekly, otherwise game will be overflown with accessories. Probably need addition daily quest with weak reward beside key, and same character should be allowed to complete both weekly.
tl dr, once again BDO community hoped that by asking to add dungeon, PA would give them free gear for spamming R button, but PA actually gave them dungeon that BDO community can't handle because they spend all skillpoints in egoism rather than intellect.
