I lost all of my game data after the launcer was released.

The last time I played BDO was at least a year ago. I see that a launcher has been added, but this rouses a question, two actually:
1. Where did my data go and how do I get it back.
2. What caused this and how can I prevent it in the future.
I am playing on a different computer but the STEAM account is the exact same. What's wrong here?

Kakao was the publisher when you played.
PA Took began self publishing end of January and you had till end of March to claim your account and transfer I do say they made literally a 7 month constant announcements trying to get all player to transfer before the end date.
All your game data is now deleted unfortunately I am sorry but you will have to restart again from the beginning.

@OP: like the others said you lost everything because you did not transfer your account.
And don't tell us you did not know, because they sent multiple emails to everyone, who did not transfer.

I have also been fucked. They should have gave at least a year.
The old launcher had my password and email saved in there everytime I would log in. I don't know either as I made that almost 5 years ago. I was one of those hard ass es that made full TET without spending a dime.
Could someone gift the game to me. I only want to stay at 9.99 I orginally paid for. I was a warrior main. Highest characters all 60-1. Last played 2 years ago. Having a baby is the excuse.

As much as it's sad. It's not their fault. They gave half a year for it and put ads everywhere even outside of bdo.
You can make full TET in season in few days and lvl 61 as well. So your hard work is worthless since they have made it very easy to catch on
Anyway. You can get free Game Pass if you watch twitch stream for 30 minutes. No need tk ask for a gift.
