Something else came up recently about carnival games that gave me a pretty good idea whats going on with enhancement success and RNG or certain elements in the game. Ever wonder why you cant turn off the guild/party enhancements notifications, and you KNOW that streamers get carried, because PA want you to see that, but they will never show you the failed attempts.

Lets say, PA allows 50 PEN items to be enhanced per day, or per week, per server. Once that quota has been met NO ONE will be able to enhance to PEN for the rest of the day/week. No matter how many times you try even with a 70% chance stack you will allways fail, then you try again the next day and succeed first time. I tried to TET a red nose armor FIVE times in a row with a 50% chance stack and ended up with a DUO. To get my Tuvala weapon to PEN I wasted 1000 cron stones. thats like worth $100 if I bought them with pearls.

Some players did a test a year or two ago and tested enhanceing with different stacks at different times and found that if they had succeeded multiple times in a row, then tried to enchant something higher, no matter how many times they trried after X ammount of successes they would allways fail no matter how many times they tried for the rest of that day. Then the next day they tried and succeded multiple times in a row, and then nothing at all for the rest of the day despite the enhancent stacks they had.

My First Tuvala TRI and TET attempt succeeded after 2 attempts (with crons), then the next succeded after 4 attempts, then I swapped to a different piece of gear and tried to TET at the same enhancement % cahnce and succeeded after 5 attempts. Still using my remaining crons I succeeded to PEN the main weapon after 6 attempts, The Sub weapon PEN succeded after 1000 crons were used (7/8 attmepts), then my awaken weapon just would not pop PEN after another 1000 Crons, I only hed enough Crons by that stage to do 1 more attempt and said Ill try again tomorrow, which I did, I got some crons from some bosses and the awaken weapon popped on the second attempt.

This applies to every RNG in the game, Item drop chance, enhancement cahnce, boss loot, etc. The % chance you are shown is an illusion. a scam. each player is only allowed to have so many successes every day, or week, and only so many people succeed per server. If you are going to try a PEN attempt, wait untill the next day, and go to a server with a low population, then try to PEN it and let me know the results here.

I'm not being mean at all, so please don't take this the wrong way; I honestly would recommend taking some time to learn about statistics, probability (especially) and math in general. Because it is abundantly clear to the vast majority of us that play this game, that those that complain about enhancing simply do not seem to grasp some very fundamental concepts. 

I know it may not seem so, but outrageously ludicrous posts only serve to tarnish ones own image, and devalue anything you have to say in future, be it reasonable or no. And that is no good to anyone, for in future you likely will have something worthwhile to add to the community at some point, and I would hate to see it dismissed entirely from the outset simply because you've previously soiled your reputation. 

I hope with increased understanding, players will sincerely try to understand how the system works and cease with perpetuating nonsensical (and completely unfounded) conspiracy theories. I know it's extremely unlikely - as some vocal gamers theses days blame anyone and anything but themselves for any shortcomings - but it is my hope.
