Only kakao have the cznsorship

That does not mean that pearl abyss did not make the decision to censor shai in NA/ EU servers. They made the decision because they misread what the players would accept. If it were not a PA decision they would have changed after taking over from Kakao.

There are manny ppl on eu servers whit a bad mindset who dont want that shai show her knees.

Idk why they made the Shai Race anyway so cute Child alike looking because for a lore fact they aren't Childs are they ? They a grown ups and near to halflings from there stature, but it was them (PA/KAKAO?) forceing this Child image onto Shai at the first place. Think about that ! o.o

Now the costumer has to "suffer" (Dont know how other way to describe the pain someone must feel if he cant even have a non revealing swimsuit for his/her beloved BDO Class).

If just the body and face would looking different from the beginning on like more older alike, (grown up halflings from LOR for example)

I think there would be no offense to some people at all ? Anyway, not the Customer is the problem, the Devs/PA/KAKAO? had made the Shai the way she/he is from the beginning as i said before and refuses to work around that issue they provided and served.

Don't know what to think of it when iam be honest.

And you know what really creeps me out about the Shai for real ? How the f do they throw a big Boomerang (Florang) with deadly Force upon there enemys ? o.O

Thanks to the inane puritanical virtue signalers freaking out about a child-like character in a game like BDO, shai isn't allowed to have swimwear.   They even covered the knees on the pajamas.   

PA should release a shai burkini as a joke on those silly crylards.
